The ticketing experience was very good. The trip itself was good. Maybe more details about the actual tour organizer was better to have in advance. There was no sign with "headout" on site, but when we asked they give us info on the bus and everithing.

Guide was nice and gave clear instructions and info. Driver was good and smooth ride. Both places were covered in time though it was quite a rush. Bus was well maintained. It would be good to use WhatsApp for communication as that would make easier to communicate.
