Chenonceau Castle Entry Tickets

The site (château and gardens) is magnificent, very well laid out and maintained (you'd think you were somewhere other than France...) and the decorations - particularly the flowers - for Easter are a real success. Well done!

It's very easy to arrive at the time you want to visit the castle, inside or out, depending on the time you've booked and the weather outside. The staff are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

The reservation, difficulties between the purchase of almost tickets and the validation with the official site for the schedule of entry to the castle, not really responsive design, no immediate confirmation of the schedule ... I had to try several times! Too bad

The attraction was amazing... A good thing to notev with the ticketing is that you can't actually "skip the line" with your skip the line tickets as Chenanceau requires a scheduled time slot... So, we had to "stand in line". The line was really short, and thankfully, they were able to schedule is for the next slot. That was not made clear with ticket purchase (that I remember) R Johnson

Arriving in the morning at 9am, before the flood of tourists, we were able to enjoy each room to ourselves. A real treat! An hour later, the rooms were packed, with people touching their fingers. The horror!

Very nice initiative, the ideal solution to avoid waiting at the ticket office. Excellent visit to the Château de Chenonceau.

Tout s'est bien déroulé hormis le fait qu'il a fallu repasser à la billetterie pour échanger nos billets électroniques par des billets papier. Je pensais que les réservations par internet valaient" coupe file"? En dehors de ce petit désagrément la visite nous laissera un excellent souvenir, d'autant que les photos sans flash sont autorisées, permettant de péréniser les émotions ressenties au cours de ce voyage dans le passé resplendissant de la France.

Nos ha gustado mucho, recomendable 100% visitar tanto el castillo como las dependencias exteriores, jardines... Todo muy bien conservado.

The whole experience from parking, accessibility, beautiful entryway and ease of check in was so smooth and fluid. The audio guide through the chateau was a wonderful surprise. I felt like a part of the family as great stories were share in a first person narrative. What a lively group of women they were.

We loved the château and highly recommend a visit! Absolutely beautiful and fascinating. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the gardens were lovely too . A very fun day!

We booked our tickets for a visit to the château at around 2pm - very good welcome - quick visit - it was perfect.

Easy to follow the tour, especially with the audio guide. Beautiful château and gardens. If you don't have time to visit several châteaux in the Loire Valley, Chenonceau is a must. The fact that we received our tickets in advance with the "coupe-file" tickets allowed us to pass through without waiting.

Really enjoyed the way the narrative of the audio guide integrated the story of Chenonceau, making it a very memorable visit.

A highly recommended visit. Taking the tickets already, makes the visit is not heavy at the beginning. Very well explained each room and decorated with great taste. The only thing I did not like, and that I find incredible, is that they did not have a brochure in Spanish, only QR. This is not feasible for older people. The castle is beautiful and very good organization regarding admission that not too many people stay in the castle.

Everything went well. Only reason we didn't give the highest score was that we did not realise we would need to get a time to enter the chateau.

Molto Bello il posto con il suo castello e i giardini Però c'è troppo casino e troppo caldo all Interno del castello Io sono italo francese... quindi ho usato una guida cartacea in francese.. quella in italiano era da scaricare ma non si scaricava ... Quindi è come se non esistesse.. inoltre arrivare e sentirci dire sono finite le audio guide mi sembra veramente assurdo

Not clear indication on the map with the consequence to have very busy points blocking the passage between one Tom to another. Terrible experience with the Pad (costed 6,50 euro!) that was blocking frequently and that is more a game for children than a guide. Please return to the old audio guide! I left the castle with headache!

Il castello è molto bello, ma purtroppo mal tenuto e, in alcuni casi, sporco (ci sono spesso piccioni che stazionano sui cornicioni e conseguenti escrementi). Ho trovato inutile chiedere di prenotare la visita se poi gli accessi non sono ben calmierati in base agli spazi. In alcune stanze, come nelle cucine, era difficile addirittura muoversi e, ovviamente, questo ha pregiudicato la qualità della visita.

Tout était magnifique, château, jardins, annexes. C'est très bien entretenu. Bravo à toutes les personnes qui font de cette visite un pure plaisir.
