Easy to use bus tickets. Glad we didn't have to stop inside the airport to buy them as we were already running late due to flight delay. Bus was cram packed but we were on it for less than 5min. Would use again.

Having tickets on your phone is handy But you still have to queue and wait for those who don't have them..... to pay, and that can sometimes take a long time. They don't serve as queue cutters... too bad.

A comfortable ride dropped us right outside airport departure. One thing I will say it took us awhile to find where the stop was outside the station, if there were signs outside the station to tell you where to go would be better but we asked and it was alright in the end

Really easy to take the bus, just show tickets to the driver and that's it. One point of improvement is a list of bus stops available.
