Pompeii Tickets + Campania Express Naples to/from Pompeii

It was easy to find from the train station. The audio guides were easy to use and the maps section was really helpful to find out way around Pompeii

Everything went according to plan, except that we had to queue and the "full" ticket does not give access to the villa dei misteri!!!!! Too bad

We felt like we saw a little bit of everything which was nice since we knew we could only cover a small portion of such a big place. We wish that the guide could have allowed for more time to rest. As we were the slowest of the group, using a walker over rough terrain, we had no time to stop for a moment as the group continued on once we caught up. But we did understand that a time table had to be kept, so it was a delicate balance for the guide.

Everything was totally uncomplicated. I booked tickets online, exchanged them for real tickets at the ticket office at the Porta Marina entrance and off we went. There are also maps to help you find your way around. Pompeii is huge. A must if you are in Naples

He was very easy to reach and made perfect use of the tight time I had to make two visits in one day. The information provided was clear and received in good time. I became a customer.

I thought I would have the ticket on my phone and save me from waiting in line. Not so, I had to wait in line just like everyone else to pick up the entrance ticket.

It brought history to life. Being able to walk down roads they walked down and seeing how they lived and their art that was still in place. It was a very surreal experience and I will never forget it.

I expected that someone would be there to give us the ticket. Instead, I found that you had to stand in line like everyone else to buy the ticket (I would have saved a lot of money).

The visit was very impressive. Walking through such a site imagining the life and activities of that time was beautiful. The audio guide was very helpful. In conclusion, a wonderful day

I thought it was great! The downsides: parking is very expensive and the audio guide didn't speak European Portuguese. Otherwise the experience was very good 👌🏼

Beautiful site, not too long queue. I would have liked to have had a link on the audioguide to the various sites to access the desired site directly, with a GPS-type aid to find your way around the site easily. We often go round in circles when we don't have all the time in the world to visit.

Two years ago, I received our tickets directly in PDF format. This year, no PDF tickets to present. You had to understand that you had to go to a ticket office to get your paper tickets to get in. Luckily, I already knew the place. It wasn't at all clear that you had to go to a ticket office with your transaction number to get your ticket. On the spot, the ticket agent didn't know the procedure and forced me to queue with people who didn't have a ticket. Fortunately, a lady arrived at that moment and knew what to do. We were able to get our tickets without queuing for an hour behind a hundred people. We should go back to the previous system: receive the image or PDF of the tickets.

The day was a great experience however we bought our tickets online which was pointless and more expensive. On trying to enter we were told our online booking only provided a voucher and had to queue anyway to get our tickets. We paid four euros more online per ticket than the price stated on the ticket which was issued at the ticket booth. Absolute Joke. That said it was a very interesting day.

The site was so much bigger than I expected & I should have allowed more time. Also should have paid more attention to which train station to get off, Pompeii Scavi .. not Pompei ! Because the Giro D'Italia started that day in Pompeii, roads were closed off & we had a long walk to our entrance gate. We saw as much as we could & the audio guide was very helpful. Our experience with tickets & guide was very good. Very helpful staff. Plenty of water taps all over the site were very welcome. With hindsight if I get a chance to go back, I would stay closer to Pompeii & start the day earlier.

I found it annoying that your app made me sign in every single time with a code sent to my email. Also, can't you just say that the tickets should be collected at the main gate instead of an address that means nothing to a non local and a stupid google map that looked like you had to collect the tickets from the bag storage area. Other than that it was all fine.

The Pompei site is magical. I find it distressing to take a ticket online and have to queue to collect your ticket on the same basis as those who don't have a ticket!!!!

The audio guide is very detailed However, I would have liked the suggestion of a 2-hour tour, say. Or an automatic localization system, as tracking locations is complex.

The site is fantastic, very vast and full of moving discoveries! Superb. You don't feel too crowded. Everything is well indicated, although you'll need a good guide (book) for more explanations. On the other hand, there's a huge queue to get in, despite online booking. The organization needs to be reviewed!

It has been incredible I did not imagine it would be so big, I have probably left places without seeing pirque is very large and it is easy to get lost if you do not go looking at the map, I missed to see the people who found them 🥺.
