From Tokyo: Mt. Fuji, Oshino Hakkai, Onsen Hot Springs or Outlets Guided Day Tour

Our guide Josh made all the difference. He was detailed oriented since the day before of the trip which was very organized. He also gave detailed explanations about each place and provided many japanese culture info. His care with the group was also a key point. I had experience with other gogoday guides and none of them was like Josh at all.

The view of rhw Mount Fuji was fantastic. The trip was well organised. My tour guide Ann's was extremely good in explaining everything.

We started asper schedule timing & the tour guide was very friendly and nice to guide us throughout the tour. Also the journey was comfortable and well planned. Overall I enjoyed the tour and it was worth it.

This is a value for money day tour. Our guide Iris is very helpful and always provide the group with anticipated information for the whole adventure.

We booked a trip to Mt Fuji to see the glorious mountain. Was only expecting to go straight to photo taking spots but was pleasantly surprised when the tour also stopped by Gotemba premium outlets and Oshino-Hakkai before 5 st. Our lovely guide, Anna was amazing. Along the way she shared with us the story and history of the places. Anna is very knowledgeable. We felt informed and looked after from start to end. Anna is cheerful and always smiling. Will recommend Anna to anyone. If you get Anna on your trip as your guide you are very lucky.

We wanted to visit Mount Fuji from Tokio and also try out an Onsen experience. This tour offered both and we managed to have perfect weather for Mount Fuji. There was just the right amount of time to take fotos and have lunch. The Onsen was about 1.5 hours also enough for a nice relaxing experience.

The booking was easy to make online and the price was really good... I was worried that the price may not be reflected in the experience but the whole day was fantastic and very rewarding plus our driver was very good and our guide Wan was terrific.... would definitely recommend this tour company for your Mt Fuji experience although it doesnt go to Station 5

I like how our guide try to help our group with dissatisfaction of how little time we had on our destinations (becouse of traffic jam). Little suggestion: on a Golden Week you should write in summary, that there will be less time, becouse everywhere will be crowded and traffic and etc. Either you neet to put your price down, becouse people won't be satisffied or you need to put price up (becouse driver and guide will work longer) and give customers more time on venues. Or just don't do the trips on that holidays week

Everything, was a really good day out and the guide Andrew was very informative and engaging would definitely recommend.

The guide was not rude or unpleasant, but I was unconfortable about all the negative things he said about Japan, the downsides which he talked a lot about, much more than the pleasant things. I did not mind because I have my own experience living in Japan for 13 years, 10 years ago, but I did not think it was appropriate for a tourist guide (I am a tourist guide myself in France), to tell such things to tourists, because he should promote a nice image of Japan, that is his job. I did not want to say this, and to give a bad comment about Josh, because he is young and new in this industry, but you are sending me your requests for rating all the time. So, being back at work myself, I think you should tell him for his own interest and your company's, that it's his job to give a good image to tourists and foreigners of the country he is living in and making a livelyhood!

The onsen hot spring experience. Only reason the experience was good and not awesome was because of the weather. We couldn't actually see Mt fuji so it's nothing against the trip itself. The guide was entertaining, conversive and engaging. If given the chance we would take this trip again and hope for better weather. Thankyou

Got to see Mount Fuji in it's brilliance. The tour guide David was amazing, funny & informative. The bus was very comfortable. A big thanks to the driver swinging that bus around in such tight places. A great day.

Way too fast at the Mt Fuji locations. Too much time allocated to the gotemba/onsen stop which would be better spent at the mt fuji locations in the morning when the iew was optimal.

The Fuji area is very nice. The tour meeting place at Shinjuku bank was so many tourist going for different tours, very confusing and unorganized. We all have to looked for our group and guide, and we had to call to find out she will be late.

David is a very passionate guide. Finally got to see Mt. Fuji during the last 15 minutes of the trip :D

I wanted to see Mount Fuji but instead it was snowing and the experience wasn't fulfilled.
