What's not allowed

• Safety is a priority so this flight is restricted for children under the age of 2 years.

• The safety weight range for each guest per seat is 115 to 140kg. Guests within this range might need to purchase an extra seat.

• Guests weighing more than 140kg will not be allowed to fly.

• iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders, or cameras with photo lenses greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.

• Baggage / large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

• It's recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed. Due to headphone use, earrings can be worn at the passenger’s sole risk.

Accessibility

• This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

• If the guest is 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that the client is medically fit to fly.

• People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a trained person who can assist with loading and unloading.

• A maximum of 5 passengers are allowed per flight.

• Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.

• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
