Important Information

• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.

• Please carry swimwear and a change of clothes.

• Children must be 4 years old to participate.

• Please do not wear jewelry and other accessories.

• Small lockers will be provided, larger lockers are chargeable.

• Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for the purchase of photographs.

• This experience is suitable for non-swimmers.

• For the Dolphin Encounter, children under 4 years can participate when accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years.

• For the Dolphin Discovery, participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years during the interaction with the marine animals.

• For the Dolphin Observer, children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participant of the respective programmes.

• Each paying adult may supervise up to three children during any of the dolphin experiences.
