What's not allowed

• Leave your furry friends behind for this experience. The park does not allow pets.

• The experience is not accessible for pregnant ladies, persons with strong physical or psychological limitations (which limits the ability to understand instructions), people with dermatological problems, and people with hydrophobia.

Additional information

• Facilities- Free parking, Wi-Fi, first aid, baby-changing room, ATM, and lounger rentals.

• Access to the park on your second visit is done through biometric digital reading (fingerprint reading) or by your identification wristband. Make sure you obtain your wristband or complete the identification process at the 'Extra Fun Kiosk' on the 1st day. Failure to present or violate the wristband will invalidate access to the park.

• Some equipment may be closed for maintenance.

• You can rent a locker to keep your valuables safe.

• Participants are required to wear their own bathing suits and slippers/sandals.

• Individuals need to remove all personal objects, such as earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, bracelets, rigid contact lenses, glasses, photo and video cameras, hair clips or elastic bands, and any other object likely to harm the dolphins, either by ingestion or by abrasion.

60-min encounter

• Each session integrates up to a maximum of 10 participants

• Children between 6 & 7 years can only participate if accompanied by another participant over 16 years old.

90-min encounter

• Each session integrates up to a maximum of 12 participants

• The experience is restricted for guests aged 8 and above.

• Participants must know how to swim and be in good physical shape.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please arrive at the attraction 45 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
