The Wolf of Wall Street

Catch a riveting stage adaptation of Jordan Belfort’s provocative memoir, The Wolf of Wall Street. Staged at a fictional Stratton Oakmont in the Hackney Buildings, learn how Belfort built one of the most successful brokerage houses of New York, which ultimately shut down with the arrest of their executives.

Why Watch The Wolf of Wall Street

Adapted from the autobiographical book by Jordan Belfort and the critically acclaimed Martin Scorcese film of the same name, The Wolf of Wall Street covers the rise and fall of Stratton Oakmont, a brokerage firm on Wall Street. Alexander Wright is in charge of adapting the production for the stage. His previous immersive production, The Great Gatsby won accolades for the unique experience that it offered its audience.

Wright brings his successful immersive experience to London, with his new production. Members of the audience will occasionally become a part of the cast, and can participate as much as they wish to. The audience become architects of their own entertainment.

The interactive experience runs over 4 storeys featuring fancy restaurants and bars, muscle cars, trader schemes and numerous other elements of 1990s New York City. The audience has a choice to trade with Belfort himself or to work with the FBI to take him down. The production has been created such that viewers who attend multiple times always have a different experience.

The Story

Jordan Belfort is a successful stockbroker in the 1990s. He is quickly seduced by the provocative culture of stockbroking, which is filled with casual sex and drugs. Belfort then seeks a job as a penny stock salesman in a boiler room firm, where he learns that he can earn a much higher commission as compared to his previous job.
