Look for kitmytrip shop in the arrival area at DXB International Airport Terminal 1 & 3 once you walk out of the customs exit. Keep your Passport & Visa (if required) ready with you for WiFi device redemption.

Important Note: A refundable security deposit amount of $70 (AED 250) will be collected at the time of redemption.

Confirmation Voucher

You will receive an email confirmation with your mobile voucher shortly. You may display it at the collection point along with a valid photo ID.

• Only 1 Wi-Fi device can be issued per passport as per the UAE Telecom Regulation.
• Keep your Passport & Visa (if required) ready with you for SIM Card redemption.
• Minimum age requirement for Pocket Wi-Fi device activation is 16 and above.
