Stand Up Paddle-boarding requires you to propel yourself by using a unique paddling technique. Once you have found the ideal kneeling position right in the center of the board, you can stand up with your knees slightly bent and begin paddling. From here, it is a truly tranquil experience that you can enjoy all by yourself.

Adult supervision is mandatory for everyone under the age of 18.
