All offers under Wanderfest shall be applicable to limited sets of activities and experiences located in the UAE. Headout shall have all the discretion to decide the activities and experiences that will be covered under this offer.
Offers provided under Wanderfest can not be clubbed with any other offer.
Offers provided under Wanderfest are limited in nature and are subject to availability.
In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer availed under Wanderfest shall stand void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount. Headout shall process the refund post adjusting the discount and/or any other applicable charges and penalties. Cancellation penalties and rescheduling policies may differ from product to product.

No additional offers or discounts can be clubbed with or applied to products covered under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer.
Offer wise terms and conditions are as follows and are to be read with the terms and conditions of the experience displayed on the landing page or the booking page as well as the booking voucher.
(i) Buy 1 Get 1: On select experiences specifically covered under this category, a similar experience from the selected category can be booked without any additional cost. If there is a cost differential in the two experiences, the User will pay the cost of the higher experience.
No additional coupons or offers can be applied on Buy 1 Get 1 bookings.
(ii) Upto 50% off:
On select experiences, customers can avail a discount of upto 50% on the listed price of Headout. Please note that this offer is applicable on select experiences and may also be applicable on select dates.
This offer is subject to availability.
(iii) Buy Now Go Later:
The customer can book an experience maximum 6 months ahead. It is important to note that Headout is not offering the option to book an experience more than 6 months into the future under this offer.
(iv) Deal Drops:
At specific times in the day and as available on the Platform, Headout will offer limited tickets at a discount on the listed price of an experience. Users will be able to avail this offer on first come first serve basis. Experiences covered under this offer will be at Headout’s discretion.
For any suspected or fraudulent bookings activity, Headout will immediately block such User’s account and withhold the booking and/or refund to such User till a verification is completed to authenticate the transaction. Headout shall also be entitled to take any other corrective action as per applicable law.
Headout reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer with another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Headout shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure scenarios like act of god, epidemic/pandemic, government restrictions, strike, riots etc.
The offers under Wanderfest are strictly for individual Users or end customers and only they are allowed to claim benefits under this offer. The benefits under this offer do not extend to travel agents or any other businesses or resellers. Headout reserves the right to deny any benefit under this offer to travel agents or any reseller. Headout will be at liberty to cancel any booking made by a travel agent or reseller without processing any refunds against the same.
Headout shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. In no event, the entire liability of Headout under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
In the event of any dispute, the courts of the state of New York (United States) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
User understands that their participation in this offer is voluntary in nature. If a User avails any benefit under this offer it will be construed that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
