Collection Point

After arriving at the Hong Kong International Airport, pass by terminal 1 and make your way to level 5. Then walk towards Counter A08 at the Arrival Hall.

Timings

The Counter is open every day between 06:30 AM and 11:00 PM.

Note: In case you arrive at the counter after 11:00 PM, you will be able to submit the device at a drop box.

Confirmation Voucher

You will receive an email confirmation with your mobile voucher shortly. You may display it at the collection point along with a valid photo ID.

Note: You will only be able to book this device by using a credit card.

Additional Charges

In case you are in possession of the device for more than 2 days, you will be charged additionally for the extra rental days.

Cancellation policy

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Refundable Deposit

This device comes with a deposit of HKD 500. Once you return the device, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Important Information

Please make sure to turn off software backup and synchronization, as well as avoid watching videos or updating application during the trip. This will help you maintain your 4G Wi-Fi speed.
You will be paying according to the number of days you are in possession of the device, regardless of your usage.
This device can only be used when you are in Japan.
