On the day of your experience, take your printed voucher to the skip the line entrance at the Catacombs, scan your ticket and gain entrance to the Catacombs. Know Before You Go
These tours are available Tuesday through Sunday. The Paris Catacombs are open Tuesday - Sunday. Closed on Mondays and major holidays (May 1st and January 1st).
Reduced Price Tickets
Entry for those below the age of 18 is free. Audio guide won't be provided to children, so, if you would like your children to have an audio guide as well, adult tickets have to be purchased.
The Paris Catacombs entrance is across the street from the Denfert-Rochereau station. You can reach via metro line 2, RER line B, or by bus (38 & 68). There is a paid parking lot at Boulevard Saint-Jacques. The entrance of visitors is at the following address: 1, avenue du Colonel Henri Rol-Tanguy (place Denfert-Rochereau) 75014 Paris. When you exit the Catacombs, the closest metro station will be Mouton Duvernet.
You must enter the Catacombs at the time slot you have booked. A Paris Catacombs audio guide runs for 30 minutes; however, you may stay inside longer if you wish to do so. You will have the ability to pause and resume your audio guide at any point in time. Generally, visitors spend an average of 45 min - 1 hr inside the Catacombs.
The Catacombs maintain a constant temperature of 14°C (57°F). Be sure to dress warm or bring a jacket. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
There is only one toilet, located at the exit.
Seine River Cruise
Choose any departure time from 10 AM to 10:30 PM.
From April to September, cruises depart approximately every 30 minutes. From October to March, every hour. Year round, there are no departures at 1pm and at 7:30pm
To board your cruise, meet at the Bateaux Parisiens port, located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais - 75007 Paris The closest metro stations are Trocadéro, Bir-Hakeim and École Militaire. All are within a 10-15 minute walk of the port. If traveling by car, Quai Branly parking lot is located just 300 meters away.
Only small backpacks and regular-size handbags are allowed inside. Guests with larger bags will not be allowed to enter (as there are no storage facilities).

These tickets cannot be amended, canceled or rescheduled.
How to Redeem your Tickets
You will receive an email with your Paris Catacombs and Palace of Versailles mobile voucher shortly. You will find a queue marked for visitors with tickets. Please line up in this queue and get your mobile voucher scanned at the entrance of the Catacombs to gain access.
Seine River Cruise
You will receive your Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Cruise tickets via email shortly. No need to print. On the day of your experience, head directly to the boarding point, located at the Bateaux Parisiens Port, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Display the barcodes on your mobile device. Please carry a valid Photo Id.
