Your Experience
After assembling at the designated meeting point, you will then walk down the surrounding area of the Alhambra Walls and Towers. You will get the chance to visit Puerta de la Justicia, Pilar de Carlos V. P, Puerta del Vino, and Placeta de los Aljibes. After which, you will visit Charles V Palace, which houses the Alhambra Museum with its unique collection of Hispano-Muslim and Nasrid Art.
From here you will walk up Calle Real and visit the church of Santa María de la Alhambra, built on top of the former main Mosque and visit the Arab baths. At the end of your Alhambra Surroundings Walking Tour, you will arrive at the San Francisco Convent, now “Parador Nacional” and then head back to the city from “Cuesta de los Chinos” to “Paseo de los Tristes”.
After your Alhambra tour, you can make your way to the Alhambra Stop: Calle Real de la Alhambra. You will also have all the day to discover Granada on your own pace with the hop-on hop-off Granada City Tour Train. The feature-packed train sports a panoramic roof, open deck in summer, and an onboard audio guide in 12 languages (with 2 special kid’s channels in Spanish and English). The Alhambra Route runs during the day, while the City Centre Route is an evening train that allows you to take in Granada’s great nightlife.
