    Why Watch The Prom

The Prom is a fantastic comedy that stars Brooks Ashmanskas, an accomplished actor who was nominee for the Tony Award for his performance in ‘Something Rotten’. It also stars the talented Beth Level who won the Tony Award for The Drowsy Chaperone. The entire cast of twenty-seven is led by Christopher Sieber of the Shrek fame, who is also a two-time nominee for the Tony Award. The show is a light hearted musical that is filled with moments that will make you constantly burst out laughing. The songs are quite enchanting, and combined with the dance performance, The Prom is an excellent show for all ages above 10. This musical comedy is full of laughs and has a hearty atmosphere. Coupled with fabulous dance numbers, the Prom is a delightful watch! This is the perfect show for anyone who is looking for a thoroughly entertaining comedy at Broadway.

    The Story

The Prom is a show about four people who were once stars at Broadway. Unfortunately, their careers are over, and they are out of the spotlight. Eager for a new stage to showcase themselves, the quartet are desperate to become stars again. They find the perfect opportunity at a prom in Indiana when they realise that there is imminent trouble, and that the press is going to be there! The parents in the town have decided that the dance should be as straight and narrow as it gets. However, when one of the students is hell-bent upon bringing her girlfriend to the dance, the small town is about to have a date with destiny! The Prom follows Broadway’s raucous ex-stars as they go and join the fight in the town.
