Puccini's classic "La Boheme" premiered in Turin in 1896. It is the ultimate timeless story of young love. Lyrical and touchingly beautiful, the score of La Bohème exerts an immediate emotional pull.
Sung in Italian, this opera has 2 Intermissions and 4 Acts.
This production is hugely successful in portraying and exuding the immense emotional significance of the little things in life. It portrays the joys and sorrows of love, life, and loss. What seems like on the first glance a love story between two artists in Paris, is in fact a much deeper examination of human feelings that make up life.
Conducted by Carlo Rizzi and Marco Armiliato
Composed by Giacomo Puccini
