Know Before You Go
The Louvre Museum is open every day apart from public holidays. On Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday the museum is open from 9 AM - 6 PM. On Wednesdays and Fridays the museum is open from 9 AM - 9:45 PM.
The closest metro station to the museum and the one where our ticket redemption centre is located is the Palais-Royal–Musée du Louvre station on Line 1. If you’re travelling to the museum by bus, buses 21, 24, 27, 39, 48, 68, 69, 72, 81, 95 stop at the Pyramid.

Louvre Museum Entrances
The Louvre has 3 entrances which individual ticket holders can use to enter the museum.
- The closest entrance to the ticket redemption center is the Richelieu Passage entrance. - The second entrance is the Carrousel du Louvre entrance, an underground shopping mall that leads to the Louvre. Its access is next to Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel.
- To use the third and the main entrance, the Pyramid entrance, head to the pyramid and look for the sign “avec billet” that means “with tickets” to the left of the normal line. After a brief security check, you will be able to enter the Louvre Museum.

Paris City Vision Office is located at 2 Rue des Pyramides, 75001 Paris. You can get here by using the Paris metro. The closest stations to Paris City Vision are: * Pyramides - Tuileries is 73 meters away, 1 min walk.

How To Use Your Ticket
You will receive an email with your confirmation, Paris City Tour ticket voucher and Skip-the-line Louvre Museum ticket voucher.
To redeem your Paris City Tour voucher, please take a print of your tour voucher and present it at the boarding point on the day and time of your departure. The boarding point is the Paris City Vision Office located at 2 Rue des Pyramides, 75001.
To redeem your Louvre Museum ticket, head to the redemption centre which is a newsstand at Marionnaud 1 Place du Palais Royal, 75001. No need to print this voucher. Just display your e-tickets at the stand and redeem them for an actual ticket. The newsstand is located near the Metro sign, next to Brasserie du Louvre.
Please note: In case you are visiting on a Sunday, then the redemption centre is located at 162, Rue de Rivoli, 75001. The centre is adjacent to the Bureau de Change.
Your tickets are valid only for the day and time that you’ve scheduled the experience.

The tour will be conducted in an air conditioned panoramic coach and is a non-stop tour.
The tour includes audio guide with commentary in the following languages; French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese,Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Korean and Dutch.
Individuals aged between 3-11 can purchase the children’s ticket.
