The cruise starts at Pier 83 near Hudson river.
Subway: A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, S, N, Q, and R trains to Times Square 42nd Street. Walk or take the bus to 12th Avenue.
Bus: Take the westbound M42 or M50 bus and get off at the last stop 42nd Street and 12th Avenue.

How to Use Your Tickets
You will receive your NYC Sunset Cruise tickets via email within thirty minutes of your purchase.
You need to print the same, and exchange it for a boarding pass at the pier.
