Know Before You Go
- Show Timings: 2 hours and 10 minutes
The poster for the play itself suggests a lot of nudity, but there's a LOT more than what you see in the poster. If naked men on stage offend you, or make you uncomfortable even in the slightest possible manner, steer clear off this show. Sadly enough, Afterglow bags a lot of attention for its nudity than the topic it chooses to cover.
I'm not against homosexuality, but seriously, what's with gay men in their 30s discussing their life crises like whiny young teenagers? Absolutely infuriating! And honestly, some nude scenes are almost unnecessary. The play overdoes most and leaves you searching for the story. Very extra for me!
Lovely young men on stage discussing their life problems... and did i mention naked? Afterglow is a bold, hard hitting story that will set you thinking. The scandalous plot will discuss everything beginning from sex to polymorous relationships. Stay far, far away if all of these things offend you. Seriously, don't bother complaining later if you're not going to enjoy any of the above mentioned points.
Your email confirmation will be sent to you shortly. Tickets have to be collected from the Box Office (Will Call) before the show starts.
