Palace of Versailles

With your pre-purchased Versailles entry ticket, avoid the long line at the ticket box office and head straight to Entrance A of the Castle. For just €2 more (the price of a basic entry ticket at the box office is €18) you will save yourself both time and stress.

Upon entering the Palace, collect your complimentary audio guide and begin your visit by exploring the ornate King and Queen's State Apartments. Learn about the French monarchy and peek into the private lives of the infamous King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette. Next, make your way to the glittering Hall of Mirrors. Designed to protect the ornate walls and ceilings from smoke, the hall’s 357 mirrors were strategically placed to reflect the light of candles.

After admiring the inside of the Palace, head outdoors and take in the grandeur of the estate’s impressive architecture. Stroll along the cobblestone grounds, through the beautiful French gardens, and pass by the gorgeous Versailles fountains. At the Carrosses Gallery, travel back in time as you explore carriages, coaches, sculptures and other artefacts left behind by the French Monarch. Louvre Museum Priority Access

As soon as you book your tickets, you will receive an email voucher confirming your Louvre tickets. On the day you would like to visit the museum, simply head to the redemption centre (refer to the "My Tickets" section below) that is located across the street from the Louvre and display your voucher to receive your priority access tickets. Once you have the ticket, make your way to the to the entrance and head straight to the security check.

About Versailles

Palace of Versailles Hours:

Every day, except Mondays, the Palace opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 6:30 PM. Last entry is at 6:00 PM. The Trianon Estate and the Carrosses Gallery open in the afternoon, at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively. Both close at 6:30 PM. The Gardens open at 8:00 AM and the Park at 7:00 AM; both close at 8:30 PM.

Getting there:

The Palace of Versailles is located only 30 minutes from central Paris. The main entrance to the Palace of Versailles is by the Cour d'Honneur. To reach by train, you have several options: * Take RER line C to Versailles Rive Gauche. From the station, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Palace. * From Paris Montparnasse train station, SNCF trains arrive at Versailles Chantiers station, an 18-minute walk to the Chateau. * From Paris Saint Lazare train station, SNCF trains arrive at Versailles Rive Droite station, a 17-minute walk to the Château. You can find RER and SNCF trains schedule at www.transilien.com.

About The Louvre Museum

The Louvre Museum Open Hours:

The Louvre Museum is open every day, except on Tuesday and holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and International Workers Day (May 1). On Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; the museum is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Wednesday and Friday, the museum is open from 9:00 AM to 9:45 PM.

Getting There:

The closest metro station to the museum and the one where our ticket redemption centre is located is the Palais-Royal–Musée du Louvre station on Line 1. If you’re travelling to the museum by bus, buses 21, 24, 27, 39, 48, 68, 69, 72, 81, 95 stop at the Pyramid.

How to Redeem your Tickets

The Palace of Versailles

• You will receive an email with your Palace of Versailles voucher containing your booking number in a few minutes.
• On the day of your experience, present your booking number via mobile (or print out) at Entrance A of the Palace, located on the top left side of the courtyard.

The Louvre Museum

• You will receive an email with your Louvre voucher in a few minutes. Display your voucher on your mobile phone at the redemption centre (Newspaper Stand at Marionnaud, 1 Place du Palais Royal) and receive your physical tickets for the Louvre Museum.
• Once you have the tickets, you can head to any of the Louvre’s 3 entrances. The closest entrance is the Richelieu Passage entrance, located 20 metres from the newsstand.
• The other entrance you can take is the Carrousel du Louvre entrance, an underground shopping mall that leads to the Louvre. Its access is next to Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel.
• If you wish to enter from the main entrance, the Pyramid entrance, then head to the pyramid and look for the sign “avec billet” that means “with tickets” to the left of the normal line. After a brief security check, you will be able to enter the Louvre Museum.
• Note: If you are visiting on a Sunday, then the redemption centre is located at 162 Rue de Rivoli, located next to the Bureau de Change.
