Tower of London
The tower becomes extremely busy during school holidays in the UK, and venue authorities are expecting particularly busy days in October. During such times, queues may form for different parts of the tower, particularly the Crown Jewels and ticketing areas. Please allow extra time during such days and try reaching early to avoid the long waits.

- Tower Pier: This pier makes the Tower of London and Tower Bridge easily accessible.
- Greenwich Pier: Makes it easy to reach the World Heritage Centre of Greenwich, home of the famous tea clipper Cutty Sark, the Old Royal Naval College, the National Maritime Museum, the Queen’s House and the Old Royal Observatory.
The sightseeing cruise runs between 10 AM to 8 PM.

The last Yeoman Warder (Beefeater) tour starts at 2:30 PM in winter, and 3:30 PM in the summer. Please be aware that in poor weather conditions, an amended Yeoman Warder tour will be given in the Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula. If the Chapel is unavailable, tours may not take place.
Reduced Price Tickets
Child tickets (for children below 15 years of age) are available at a reduced price of 25 GBP. Senior Citizens can also buy discounted tickets at 40 GBP. Children under the age of 4 enter for free. Children below the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

This cruise combo is definitely a good idea if you're new to the place and just want to travel about
I didn't like the cruise experience one bit. In fact, I thought it was over crowded and people were very pushy
How to Redeem Your Tickets
Your Tower of London Tickets with Thames River Cruise voucher will be emailed to you shortly. Please carry a printout of your voucher along with a valid photo ID and exchange it for your physical ticket at either Tower Pier (EC3N 4DT), Westminster Pier (SW1A 2JH) or Greenwich Pier (SE10 9HT).
Please note that the Tower Pier is the closest redemption point to the Tower of London.
- Your sightseeing cruise tickets are dated and valid for 24 hours from the time of ticket collection on the date selected at the time of booking.
- Your Tower of London ticket is valid for one standard admission within 72 hours of being collected from the collection point.
