Born in 1976, Renaud Capucon is a French classical violinist and conductor. He began his musical studies at the age of 14 and won numerous awards in his 5 years at the Conservatoire de Paris. Capucon has since established himself as a soloist of the highest calibre. He has played with the top orchestras of the world such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony and the Simon Bolivar Orchestra.
