Have you ever been comfortable in a place just because you are familiar with the atmosphere and it's people? Humans tend to build relationships with one another and become habituated to a routine and sometimes, even people.
Sweat follows the lives of such a group of friends. They share drinks, secrets and just about anything at their place of work, a factory. Everything is going well, until people start getting laid off and the work politics tends to place them against each other.
Sweat is about the effects of how certain policies affect the everyday lives of these people and how the people respond to them.
