We were kept waiting for 15 minutes as 4 people were late but once we got started the tour was fantastic. The guide was wonderful and really bought the place to life. Would definitely recommend.

Our issue all revolved around check in. No Napoli signage anywhere and we were told they would meet us with our name at a meeting point. No mention of going up stairs to check on. There was was a man telling everyone to go upstairs but we had no idea if he was associated with your company because the the signage for upstairs did not match what we had. After we went up stairs we were told to follow a group of people which ended up fine but it was confusing for sure. We enjoyed our guide and Pompeii was amazing.
