Your Experience

The Tower of London: A UNESCO World Heritage Site

Arguably, one of the most famous buildings in Britain's history, the Tower of London is a historic landmark that was declared a World Heritage Site in 1988. Founded in 1066 by William the Conqueror, the tower has been an important symbol of the British monarchy. It was previously home to the Royal Mint, and has served many a purpose, some of them being a treasury, armory, prison, and zoo. On this tour, you will see the Line of Kings Exhibition, with its stunning displays featuring the figures of kings, royal armor and arms. The White Tower is known for its impeccable ability to keep invaders at bay and makes for an awe-inspiring sight. See the most famous diamond in the world, The Great Star of Africa, housed in the Jewel House alongside the precious Crown Jewels. Don't miss out on exploring the Tower of London with the Yeoman Warders (or the Beefeaters as they are popularly known) who will regale you with exciting stories through the ages.

Explore St. Paul's Cathedral

Visit St. Paul's Cathedral, an icon in London and one of the city's primary spiritual centers. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren in the late 17th century, the Cathedral is one of the world's best-loved and most beautiful buildings. St. Paul's Cathedral stands tall dominating the city of London. Timeless and majestic, it is a symbol of serenity amidst a fast-paced life and concrete structures. Don't miss out on Sir Wren's crowning glory, the lofty Dome of St.Paul's, inspired by St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican. Although, nothing beats the experience of taking the winding spiral staircase to the Whispering Gallery where your voice carries over to the other side, as well as stepping into the Stone and Golden Galleries that offer unparalleled panoramic views of the city. To this day, the Cathedral remains a busy church, where millions of people have visited and worshipped.

Aboard the River Thames Cruise

At 215 miles, stretching from Cotswold Hills to the North Sea, the Thames is England’s most significant if not the longest river and has had more than its share of epochal events. The Thames meanders its way through beautiful countryside reaches and historic settlements allowing you to gather a new perspective. After your tour of the Tower of London, ditch dry land and hop aboard the one way river cruise of the Thames from Tower Pier to Westminster Pier. Running through the middle of the city, River Thames is the perfect vantage point for soaking in some of London’s iconic sights.
