Great app, very easy to use. Staff are very helpful and informative. Despite there being queues for the coach, people were trying to jump the queue or stampede their way in, but the staff stopped all that which was nice to see as there were a fair few elderly couples in those queues. Coaches are comfortable, plenty of space for luggage and very reasonably priced!
