• Please contact the MRT staff or the Ezfly staff at the ticketing counters in case your card is not functioning properly

• Please take care that your card does not go missing. There is no way to recover lost cards due to a lack of identification information. You are personally responsible for the associated loss

Validity

• This ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
