What to bring

• Bring your booking confirmation or ticket (printed or digital) for check-in.

• Bring a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for any onboard purchases.

• Dress in smart casual or elegant casual attire; avoid overly casual clothing such as torn jeans, flip-flops, athletic wear, or beachwear. Shoes must be worn at all times.

• Bring a jacket or cardigan for outdoor decks, as it can be cooler on the water.

• Bring sunscreen and a hat for sunny days if you plan to spend time on the open decks.

• If you have dietary requirements, ensure these are communicated at least 3 days prior to your cruise.

What’s not allowed

• Bringing your own alcohol (BYO) is strictly prohibited; the vessel is a licensed premises.

• Illegal drugs, weapons, sharp objects, flammable or dangerous materials, drones, and glitter/confetti are not permitted onboard.

• Animals are not allowed, except for registered guide or assistance dogs.

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted anywhere on the vessel.

• Meals for infants (0–3 years) are not provided.

Accessibility

• The main deck and one restroom are wheelchair accessible with step-free entry and grab rails.

• Upper and middle decks are only accessible by stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.

• Prams and strollers are permitted, but storage space is limited; please advise when booking.

• Service animals (guide/assistance dogs) are welcome onboard.

• Guests requiring mobility or personal care assistance must bring their own carer, as crew cannot act as personal carers.

• Gangway steepness may vary with tides, which can affect ease of boarding for wheelchair users.

• Arrive at King Street Wharf No. 8, Darling Harbour at least 15–30 minutes before departure; boarding times are strictly enforced and late arrivals may be refused boarding without refund.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; infants (0–3 years) cruise free but do not receive a meal.

• Dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and other allergies) can be accommodated with at least 3 days’ advance notice.

• The vessel operates in most weather conditions with climate-controlled indoor areas and weatherproof dining spaces.

• Outdoor seating is first-come, first-served; arrive early for preferred positions.

• All indoor tables offer harbour views through large windows.

• The cruise follows a set route showcasing Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, with 360-degree views from multiple decks.

• The vessel is a stable catamaran, but some movement may occur; those with health or fitness concerns should assess suitability for sea travel.

• The operator reserves the right to request proof of age and may refuse boarding to unaccompanied minors under 18.

• Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations or personal illness.

• Tips/gratuities, transfers to/from the wharf, parking fees, and personal expenses are not included.

• Premium beverages and menu upgrades (such as oysters and caviar) are available for purchase onboard.
