    Board at King Street Wharf No. 8 in Darling Harbour, where crew greet you and check your ticket. After a welcome glass of sparkling wine, you’ll be shown to your table and introduced to the menu.

    • Upper and middle decks are only accessible by stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.

    • Prams and strollers are permitted, but storage space is limited; please advise when booking.

    • Service animals (guide/assistance dogs) are welcome onboard.

    • Guests requiring mobility or personal care assistance must bring their own carer, as crew cannot act as personal carers.

    • Gangway steepness may vary with tides, which can affect ease of boarding for wheelchair users.

    • Arrive at King Street Wharf No. 8, Darling Harbour at least 15–30 minutes before departure; boarding times are strictly enforced and late arrivals may be refused boarding without refund.

    • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; infants (0–3 years) cruise free but do not receive a meal.

    • Dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and other allergies) can be accommodated with at least 3 days’ advance notice.
