The ease of entry, but they should indicate more clearly that the audio guide is not included. It must be paid separately, 5€ per person.

The Basilica is spectacular and the information in the audio guide is very complete. The only problem is that the QR of the app is not enough to access the site and you have to find a link to access another QR in the app. Perhaps it would be interesting to specify it in advance, because at the last moment it generates confusion.

Quick easy access, pretty inside. However the ticket only gives access to the bottom floor of the basilica. No toilets. Have to pay extra 7 EUR pp to go upstairs and see the view

Everything was amazing. Loved the paintings, particularly loved the floors. As a ceramic artist who makes tiles, enjoyed looking at the designs although tiles made of marble or harder materials, wonderful !. A great experience, thank you.
