• Children aged 6 years and under cannot participate in rafting and must be under the supervision of staff

• Ages under 4 or 60 years and over, pregnant women, patients with heart disease, hypertension, bone disease, and seasickness are not allowed to participate in the trip

• Don’t bring any valuables along lest you misplace or lose them

• Ensure to wear a life jacket during rafting for safety

• It is recommended to wear sports shoes on the trip

• Please be punctual on the appointment time specified during confirmation. The driver will wait up to 5 minutes past which the voucher will be canceled. No refunds will be given
