• Please report to the venue 10 minutes prior to the departure time.

• Pets are permitted on this tour, however, you must specify the breed during bookings.

• It is recommended to wear warm attire. Children 12 years and under must wear a lifejacket under cruising law.

• Watch your step while boarding the boat and getting off. Water levels may cause large gaps between the boat and the wharves.

• When cruising under low bridges, please watch your head if standing up.

• This experience may be closed in the event of bad weather such as strong ocean currents, severe wind speed, or rain in order to ensure the safety of tourists.

• In the event of rain, the boat will be equipped with an enclosure (tent).
