Venice Classic Gondola Ride

The guide was very, very accommodating and we loved that he took us to the little shop at the end with a VR experience. That was a pleasant surprise.

Our guide was abdolutely incredible! He was both informative and easily approchable. Such a delight. The gondola ride was perfect as well and we even got a vr experience as an added bonus. However the instructions when buying the gondola ride could have been better as we were under the impression that we a tour wouldn'be included at all.

Our guide, Sara, was welcoming and charismatic and gave the group a 15-minute tour before we got on the gondola, which provided information about Venice and the gondolas that I never would have known. The ride itself was wonderful - what a great way to see the city.

Regarding the rides i wont experience because they change time for high tide reason, but thank you headout team because they ressolve very fast my refund,maybe nxt time when i go back Venice.

Sarah did a great job sharing a little history about Venice and gondolas during our mini walking tour towards the gondola service. Weather was perfect and ride was smooth. Don't expect the gondoliers to speak to you but the silence was golden as you enjoy the ambience! Great experience overall.

No commentary as advertised. Probably better gondola rides and locations in Venice - more inner city would be better. Wouldn't recommend. Suggest paying a little more for a more personal ride.

Well organised by guide. Gondola ride was lovely and through the back street's of Venice. However please be aware when booking that you may be split into different Gondolas even if there are 2 of you. This happened to couple in the group..

The experience was not a good one, but not because of the activity itself, it was the weather. It rained torrentially. But well, it will be pending for a next trip.

It was a great experience with 15minutes walking tour, followed by 30minutes gondola ride. Our family got a gondola for just 4 of us. it was an awesome sunny day in Feb, calm waters, just relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of Venice. Both our walking tour guide and the gondolier made it a memorable trip for us. This package is definitely recommended for others too.

There was no commentary as given in the description, and honestly it would of been way cheaper to have just walked up and booked at the gondola. It is fixed priced 90 euros for up to 5 people. It was also 20 ish mins not the 35 quoted. At this time of year ( out of season) would recommend just winging it So not great value and not what we paid for.

We were two, and we loved it, the guide was very nice and made many comments about Venice that we really liked, it was a very nice ride, the gondola ride was great, quiet, relaxed and very nice, the whole experience was great, all very well organized and all workers very attentive and friendly, I would repeat.

Nice experience. Tour said 1 hour when I purchased it but the host told me that gondola ride was only 30 Minutes. Total time for the activite was around 45 minutes only.

Hello! We had a very lovely time on this experience, mostly due to Aurora...our initial guide. She was knowledgeable, very freindly and welcoming, professional, and very helpful and patient. Once we got on the gondola, the gondolier was quiet and never spoke to any of us, so although we were not expecting the gondolier to give us additional commentary or conversation on the gondola...per the notes on the website regarding this event...it would have made the trip a little more entertaining and enjoyable. But the ride was nice, and very interesting, and Aurora was fantastic. I do recommend! Everyone has to do a gondola ride when in Venice. :-)

Activity was good. The meet point to start the activity was not well indicated. You should take pictures of the surroundings and communicate exactly where to go to start activity.

The gondola ride was really good. There were only four of us on the gondola, which was nice. The guided tour is only while you are on land and not in the gondola.

We had the best time! The walking part was super informative and everyone was friendly. Kuddos to our tour guide Aurora for waiting on the dock even when it was raining to give us extra tour tips, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our gondolier was very nice as well! Overall great experience!

Due to the rise of the water level, the gondola could not run in the small channels. This is understandable and okay. What was not okay: The ride lasted only 30 minutes instead of 60. I hereby complain that I will be refunded half of the amount paid!

We expected the commentary would be onboard the gondola (maybe we just read the small print), but our guide for the commentary was excellent. There were just some portions we missed because the headsets didn't function properly. The guide made it up to us by answering all our questions at the end.

Very attentive and friendly guide. The tour was very enjoyable, the stretch is enough to experience the gondola! I recommend it.
