Amsterdam Canal Sightseeing Cruise

Le bateau était inpeccable, confortable et lumineux, top ! Le guide était lui aussi au top, très simpatique, nous avons apprécié ses touches d'humour et ses anecdotes sur les différents lieux que nous avons traversé. A refaire !

We had a great tour guide. He created an amazing atmosphere which was relaxed but also nice and funny.I can surely recommend it to anybody visiting Amsterdam:)

Sympa à faire le premier jour pour repérer les lieux :) Après c'est très basique et rien de spécial sur le bateau en soi. Ca reste un attrape touriste ^^

The booking system was quick and easy to use. The boat had heaters that were absolutely a must in the windy and rainy weather.

Because it was sunny, we stayed outside and simply enjoyed the tour. But it would have been better if there had also been an audio connection at the rear. Also, we did not see any sign telling us where to check-in.

Price-performance ratio was top! Beautiful and covered boat. Received headphones for the audio guide in many languages from the captain, which is very good. The tour is a great experience by day and night.

The trip was informative and entertaining, the captain Dennis and the service by Luca very courteous. Dennis provided a lot of additional information about the buildings and sights along the way. Both were helpful in categorizing the information spoken from the tape and finding the buildings. One star less for the fact that you could hardly understand the text on the cell phone, as the English text was played over loudspeakers for everyone.

The tour guide drove very safely and was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed the relaxed and interesting tour. The organization of the trip was flawless.

Tour should ensure that all audio guide connections are working and not faulty. Not aware that audio guide has commenced as connection faulty, so missed the first part of it. Someone should advise that the audio gauide has commenced, so passenger is aware, if not recieving it, that connection is faulty. Paid to hear th entire audio huide but thats not what I got.

The friendly welcome and the beautiful view. It was a wonderful sunny weather, which made the trip again extr a beautiful. Also that a photo was taken of one and you got it at the end for a small price as a postcard, was a nice memory.

Ticketing was easy to access. It was lovely to be on the water and see the beautiful houses and people enjoying the canals.

Too crowed in the boat, most of the passengers non stop chit-chatting as felt like in the market instead of enjoy the ride.
