Entry to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill with Multimedia Video Experience

The video was very interesting, and the location was close to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. It was a good suggestion to visit the forum first, because of the time of the entrance.

Unfortunately, it was very inconvenient for private tourists. First we had to pick up our tickets at the tourist office. At the Roman Forum it turned out that my son had no ticket (despite booking). So we had to queue again at the counter. He then got a free ticket. Otherwise, everything was very worth seeing.

It is the first time that I get this kind of tickets, very good organization, everything was as it said in the tickets. Very good experience.

It's a long way from the collection point to the Colloseum, which was my priority. I had booked for 2 but did not understand that I couldn't access the Colosseum until 3:10. I don't think the timing limitations are well explained on the website or by your staff member.

Line to get tickets was not too long. Able to roam around the sites freely and we could separate from the crowd, freedom or option to walk whenever we wanted to is good. We were a bit confused about the meeting location in front of the Colosseum but we found the guide nonetheless. Just wasn't sure if we were in the right place.

The experience was great. However, I did not understand why I had to go to the tourist office to exchange them Headout tickets for "real" ones. I thought the idea was to save time... But they managed to get us an earlier time slot which was nice.

The experience and information was very nice, however the collessum closes the arena at 6.30 pm which is 45 min earlier than gate close l. Also did not attend the multimedia session as the time was less and the ticket time was 4 pm.

We really enjoyed the Palatine Hill and the visit to the Colosseum. After watching the film we wanted confirmation of where to go and where to get entry for our son, who is under 18. The person we spoke to didn't have the time to inform us or even listen to us. This created unnecessary stress and moments of doubt.

Fantastic trip to the colesseum via Headout! Great tour, very informative and well organised. Everything so stunning, so make sure you do Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Also had to amend our trip due to a flight cancellation meaning we'd miss the tour, but a Headout were fabulous and sorted this for us - thank you! Definitely book, you won't be disappointed.

The entire process was really easy. We origianlly booked our tickets with another tour operator (just found via a Google search) and they cancelled our Colosseum tickets 3 days before we were due to visit. We not only managed to secure tickets via Headout, when every other operator had zero availability but when we reached the ticket office (which is really easy to find), the lovely ticket officer offered us a slightly different entrace time, as I am heavily pregnant and the heat was getting too much. Really friendly customer service and overall a great experience - would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book via Headout again!

We are glad that we can visit one of the 7 miracle in the world, also roman forum and palatine hill. With the ticket we bought we don't need to make a long queue. Thank you.

Easy and straightforward booking, no issues with entry or getting the tikets whatsoever. Would reccomend this service to anyone planning their trip!

What a great experience! A word of advice: don't stop at the entrance to take photos, if you go a little further you'll have a lot more space!

Picking up tickets at the ticket counter is not up to date, especially because the way is far away from the Kolloseum. Tickets should be delivered digitally.

Everything was fine, except that they did not explain to us how the entrance to the Colosseum worked and when we arrived they made us wait 30 minutes for a person to give us an audio guide that we did not know we had included but it was in Italian (no one asked us at any time about the language) and we had to wait in line to change it to Spanish and then do the visit without a guide. We did not understand this story very well.

We had trouble locating the place where the exchange was to take place. We did not consider that it would be so far from the Colosseum site. Going to Piazza Venezzia to get the entrance tickets took up a lot of time that we had not contemplated.

The guided tour is very complete and enjoyable. It is the best way to get to know the city. The guides show their great culture and you can tell they like it. I would repeat without any doubt.

Pratique pour visiter les monuments de Rome. Mais prestataire assez loin de l'entrée. Et durée un peu trop courte pour tout faire en réservant pour 15h.

Visite en autonomie, gestion du temps. Possibilité de louer un audioguide.
