User Reviews for Borghese Gallery Small Group Tour with Bernini, Caravaggio & RaphaelBrowse Product
Guide was very knowledgeable about the art and sculptures. However, I think she spent rather longer on Bernini, so we had less time at the end with Caravaggio and were asked to leave. Nevertheless she was very good.
This tour made a normally dry classical art exhibition come to life. The stories on the tour were just amazing.
Thoroughly enjoyed myself in this tour. I booked tickets for this tour the night before and thus was able to skip the line the next day.
I really enjoyed the Borghese Gallery tour. The art pieces were so beautiful and the Villa itself is so serene. A must visit.
I absolutely loved the stories in the tour. The guide was so animated, he drew me into the story completely. I didn't realize when the tour was over. Great stuff.
The best part of the tour was the stories about Cardinal Scipione. The guide was simply the best.
Thank you for the amazingly organized tour. I loved the stories.
Loved the experience.
I loved the sculptures in the gallery. They seem so lifelike, it is unbelievable they were made so many years ago.
It is so impressive that one art collector filled the gallery with these pieces. The tour has amazing and interesting stories which everyone will like.
The stories were very entertaining. The Villa is nice too.
I enjoyed the tour. The villa premises are beautiful and I could spend hours there.
The tour was okay. I thought the stories would be more interesting, but I enjoyed roaming in the Villa more than the guided tour.
The tour was okay. The guide was excellent and his stories were animated. But after a point, the art looked all the same.
I recommend this tour if you want to see the Borghese Gallery. The beautiful Villa is also one thing to not miss.
My wife and I loved the tour. More than the Gallery, the guide's stories made everything come alive.
This was a great tour. Learning about the artists behind the sculptures and paintings was the highlight for me. It made the art seem more personal somehow.
This was indeed a compelling tour experience. The art in the Gallery is stunning classical art, but the guide's stories give it some background and make it more interesting. Great stuff.
