Water Bus Transfers: Marco Polo Airport to/from Venice City

Just needed clearer instructions as when you first arrive you have no ideas where to go or that there are different routes

The previous order with fast ticket issue on site or at ticket machines went excellently and the reduction for online payment was good.

Elena was avery funy Guid and the tour with her was very interessting. Just the thing with the Tickets where to pick them up was not clear .

Unfortunately, my ticket for the boat bus was not available online (as described, but I only read it after booking). You save money if you buy the ticket in good time at the places where the booking has to be converted into a ticket.

Boat operators waited for me as it was an airport shuttle even repositioned the boat while I was buying tickets at the machine and told me it was ok when I couldnt print a physical ticket. It was so nice and helped my stress levels as I have a non-visible disability-Thank you so much.

Picked up our tickets easily and had a short walk, later to the stop for the boat. Great to get the bus all the way to the airport, very novel way of travelling. Helpful and funny staff. Would definitely recommend

The transport vouchers are ideal, both in terms of routes and timetables, and very easy to exchange for tickets for each type of transport.

Easy to access, bought the tickets online early in the morning then printed them later in the afternoon when out exploring. Boat was on time, and staff were friendly when asking for confirmation what we were getting in the correct boat. Easy, reliable, comfortable, affordable means to commute.

It was good overall but the boat back was touch and go to get on as it was full. If we got on one stop after we could have missed our flight

Ease of use: exchange your voucher for tickets at the ticket office opposite your departure point for the ALILAGUNA airport/Venice transfer. Exchanging vouchers at the machine by scanning the QR Code for Vaporetto ACTV tickets allows you to enjoy the Grand Canal and even the full tour for less! I recommend this very interesting combo.

Boat transfer. What we regretted was that the portholes were a little high to allow outside views. We would have liked to be on the deck

Clear signage to the water taxis. Although, initially we tried to take an individual taxi/speedboat which was funny! Maybe state 'choose the Orange queue' Good experience.

I would have liked the diggings to have been lower so that I could have seen our arrival in Venice. The route to where o. Took the boat was not clear and I had bought a receipt online that allowed me to exchange it for a ticket but this was not clear that it was not a ticket and I almost missed the boat when I had to go to the ticket office.

It was not very clear where the stops for the boat were in relation to the timetable on the website. Despite the timetable showing a boat leaving from the railway station we could not find the departure point. I think more clear directions should be given especially as this will mostly be used by tourists.

Very easy to find the ferry boat after getting off our flight. The directions were well marked. It is a bit of a walk, but not strenuous. We got in line and then realized we had to take our printed booking to a nearby kiosk to get the actual boarding ticket. The ride to our hotel( near San Marco square) took just over an hour, which I imagine varies depending on volume of passengers.
