The ticket machine was out of order at the station so this enabled me to purchase tickets quickly and easily. Highly recomended.

Make a simple app that a tourist can buy tickets and use their phone to validate. The ticket printing is annoying and too old school. The app download qr code should be displayed at every bus stop. Simple and easy.

It was a great experience. Venice is overrun touristically, but everything is neat and clean. Extreme friendliness of the locals.

unable to download the app (although i had a good 4G connexion) to access the tickets i bought online.. had to find an ACTV ticket office to print it (from my mail confirmation) and therefore lost almost an hour just to retrieve the tickets

So fast and convenient! This is a great way to get around Venice! Especially liked riding around at night enjoying the lights of the city!

Convenient connecting line to from the station and also the panoramic line on canal grande. Excellent possibility of buying tickets on line.

problem: there is no point in buying the tickets online if you have to stand in line at the ticket machines to get them printed

The ride itself was great! However I requested at 12 pm pickup and they sent a message the day before they'd be picking us up at 9:20 am . Office was closed so no way to reach anyone to change it and no response to my email

The with Vaporetto from the railway station was really wonderful. But we could'n't reach the planned station (S. Angelo) by boat, the crew just told us we must all disembarque at Rialto station. So we had to go by foot with the luggage to our hotel, close to station S. Angelo.

The gentleman who helped us understand how to get tickets and find the right place to wait for our Vaporetto.

The ride is uniqe experince, it works fine. the problem is that was imposible to scan code on the S.Silvestro station. The web site could be designed in a little bit more user friendly.

Although the QR code for the trip arrived we were required to still get a physical ticket which made the process of doing it online a bit unnecessary

Frequent, on time rides with great views for a fraction of a private transportation. Well managed business, super kind staff-at the ticket purchase stations, as well on the water busses. Strongly recommend!

Jennifer maintained a healthy walking pace after giving the group a heads up. Loved her story of the modern Venician versus the historical landmarks. Great historical perspective with nice anecdotes of the residents. Enjoyed the tour very much!
