Palace of Versailles Skip-the-Line Tickets & Round-Trip Transfers from Paris

The bus was there on time and we got to the palace with plenty of time to spare. I must have missed that this was not a guided tour, because I would have liked that. I was a bit lost going around the palace myself. Chalk it up to not reading the information correctly!

I liked that during the trip to Versailles there was an explanation of the sites we passed through, it was something I didn't expect, I thought it would just be a transfer. I also saved time in downloading the app at the ticket office because you explained it to us in advance, so I had the opportunity to review the guide and see what I was most interested in to plan my visit.

The Palace of Versailles is absolutely beautiful; however, I'm afraid I wouldn't have been able to get there so easily without the included travel arrangements. I appreciated that we were given some background on the bus that enabled us to visit the Palace without a tour guide. It was overall a great experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you!

A must on a visit to Paris. Schedule several hours for this visit. Time will be short. There is so much to see and there are secluded places that will take time to remember.

We were unable to visit the Château de Versailles because of the false bomb threats, a fact beyond everyone's control. We were rescheduled for the following day without success and were reimbursed very quickly as we were leaving the country. We'll get back to you the next time we're in Paris.

Overall is ok... nice jardins... however my complaints regarding the bus transport did not allow me to store my mom's wheelchair in the storage trunk. I have a mess to carry it on bus to and fro. Will not recommend if with disable person.

Well, a comfortable bus and it left on time and initial instructions given to us were fine. But when we were returning it was little confusing as there wasn't a proper agent to direct us. I was confused as to which bus I should get into. I think the returning trip also has to be better organised with an agent properly directing us. If not it was a good experience. Even though we were told that we can 'skip the line' , still wr had to stay in the eye for a long time.

The transportation to and from Versailles was very good, the problem was on the way back because there was no bus back to Paris and we had to take a train at our own expense.

Too expensive. We gót tickets from support team Paris City Vission 27euro/person and we stood in row Like normal visitors, so any skip the line tickets, any Fountain show in the garden. Tickets Half day in Versailles took only from 9 to 11:50 . We didnt cache to see garden allmost ever. Our tickets cost 164 euro for 2 person.

Transportation was clean and safe. Staff was pleasant and the views were amazing. There was a little hiccup with the no line entry as we waited in line a lot longer than anticipated. There was also confusion about the return home ride, however, there was traffic which is out of anyone's control. Over great experience.

Il trenino non serve per visitare i giardini ma oer accompagnarti nel parco, esperienza inutile. Consiglio invece di prendere le automobiline indipendenti per visitare i giardini.

The guide after the tour was no where to be found at the meeting spot which was annoying since I didn't want to miss the bus going back to Paris. Otherwise the experience was good.

Versaille is a wonderful part of France to visit and is central to major part of French History.. AS an attraction, it completely met our expectations. However something seemed to be wrong with the support provided by your company. We were on a double decker coach which seemed to be targeted towards Spanish Visitors. We were told by the main spanish speaking host that we had an additional representative on board who would support the English speakers amongst the passengers. During the coach trip our spanish rep was on the microphone and although I dont speak spanish, it sounded like she was giving the spanish speakers a very good lesson in French History. I thought we would get the same in English but she didn't stop until we got to Versailles. I was very suprised that when we got off the coach, and split into two groups. 2/3rds of the bus were in the English speaking group. Our English rep (she was French) then disappeared to take some Japanese visitors to another group , never to be seen again. It would have been good to get some advice on how to make the most of Versaille when it is very crowded, such as make sure you carry water with you. All the cafe's etc. had long queues. we felt our way around the various routes etc. As you can see, We had a party of 4 and we were all a bit disappointed even though the historical attraction itself was magnificent.
