Gallery visit is a must for anyone who visits Florence. Exceptional inhibits. Thanks to Headout I was able not only to find last minute ticket but also to enter very fast My only complain is that I bought the audio guide, however I was never able to access it. Overall the experience was very good and the service of Headout as well.

So we payed for a hosted visit ( not nowing what that is!) we were welcomed with big a smile! The host explained that we payed only for the welcome smile and skipping the line (which was not bad but we were expecting a guide inside). Than they offered to upgrade us free of charge and they let us with a guide inside with a very small group of 4 people! It was amaizing! The guide was really good she had since if humor and she was very kind hearted and knowledgeable! Thank you for the great experience !

The museum is a must see if you are in Florence or Tuscany! Beautiful works of art and not overly crowded like many other museums I have been to

1st, I didn't know where to meet the guide for my tickets. We did finally receive them. 2nd it was very difficult to download the audio guide. The store staff were very helpful so I finally got it downloaded. I put in the incorrect code at first then finally figured out what the code was and I received a message saying it was being used too many times so I gave up. This all took 45 minutes so we decided to just go through the museum without it. Loved the museum, great layout for what we could see for the time we had left. We had one hour left before meeting with our tour group.

I was able to avoid long waiting times, and despite the large number of people, I was able to observe the works quietly.

Seeing the Birth of Venus was incredible. I had no idea that was at this museum! The museum itself is also gorgeous. There is art everywhere, it's really inviting. The view of Florence from the museum was also breathtaking.

With the timed entry we were in very quickly.Given it was Easter Saturday with massive crowds,there was still space within Museum itself.No jostling,you got to see everything...Amazing experience

Tickets were sold out everywhere, but could find a last single one with only a day in advance! The gallery was outstanding, but a bit too crowded and the temperature was not super nice.

I had to return my audio guide to get my ID back. The exit signs from there were very confusing. The uschita signs sent me through the bookstore TWICE and out on a back street Way from my family who waited for me for a half hour. I found my way to the river and around the building but there must be an easier, more efficient way.

It was great to get the ticket in advance and not have to queue. The Uffizi is a world-famous collection of important works of art history. That's why it's always crowded there. Of course, this detracts from the enjoyment of the art, but it is probably unavoidable. All in all, 35 euros is a hefty price for a visit and you should consider whether it's worth it.

Very great exhibition, there was hardly any waiting time, but that was also due to the fact that we already had a ticket at 9 am. Later, according to our observations, it didn't look so relaxed.

A great event. Boticcelli's paintings are unique in the world. The queue for the grandstand very long, but worth it. Magnificent visit.

We used headout to buy tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence and were able to avoid the long queue at the ticket office. The handing out of the tickets went smoothly. The Uffizi itself is impressive and can be recommended to anyone with an interest in art. Unfortunately, we only had a time slot of 2 hours available. However, I would recommend at least 4 hours due to the abundance of art objects and the complexity of the collection.

As with any special place: everyone wants to see it. It is correspondingly crowded. If you have time, you can get close to the pictures. Patience is the key. The audio guide was worth it.

I entered immediately, unfortunately after four hours I could not see all the works. Despite the large number of tourists it was possible to take pictures and make the necessary views.

Tickets purchased 3 weeks before visiting for the first time. We showed up at the office listed on the app, complete with references and directions, showed the headout code, and in less than 3 minutes we had the tickets in hand. We got in in less than 5 minutes and skipped at least a hundred people including schoolchildren and tourists. Great experience, I am fully satisfied with the experience!
