Fue una experiencia maravillosa! Sólo iba a estar 2 días en Florencia, así que el día que llegué busqué esta visita guiada al museo, la conseguí para el día siguiente. Cuando llegué al museo me alegré mucho de haber comprado la entrada sin tener que hacer la fila, porque eran interminables, con el poco tiempo que iba a tener en la ciudad, habría sido un desperdicio tener que hacer alguna de esas largas filas. Pamela, la guía fue genial! Súper amable y todo el tiempo dio datos claves. Lo recomiendo!!

Very informative tour and would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the gallery, however I was not impressed that we waited 30 minutes for other people in the tour to arrive when a number of us managed to get there on time. If people are late it's not fair for the rest of the group to wait for them, our time is just as valuable.

We liked being able to skip the line and having the listening devices to hear the guide helped tremendously. We booked the tour online only and hour and a half before hand and had no problems with the booking process. We received a call shortly after confirming our tour and telling us exactly where to meet. There was one miscommunication when we first arrived but it was quickly fixed with a phone call. I would definitely recommend this tour especially on busy days.

Knowledgeable guide, interesting experience at the Accademia. Seeing the statue of David and other exhibits was a memorable experience.

The experience with our guide was actually fine - the issue came with other people on the tour not being able to use the ear piece for the guide's microphone. Many people said they couldn't hear her or there was static.

Olga the guide was full of information and guided the group through the crowds wonderfully. She talked history and showed pictures to help tell the story and answered questions really well.

A guided tour of the Accademia is a must! Visitors without a guide miss out on so much of the important story running through the Gallery, and they just walk straight to David with their phones out. Lauda, our guide, was INCREDIBLE! Genuinely the best tour guide I've ever had: enthusiastic, engaging and so so knowledgeable!

The only drawback of many of these tours is the focus on a single element in a given room with no input on the rest. Even a brief overview of the rest of a gallery room would make it more enjoyable.

Our guide (for the 14:00 guided English speaking tour) did a remarkable job. It was a rainy day and the museum had lost power and was running way behind. The guide explained the situation up front to us so we had more realistic expectations. She then proceeded to tell us the very interesting background of the artist and his influences, rivals, etc. She also talked extensively about the materials and techniques. All in all, she did a marvelous job of entertaining us for the hour delay and then gave us a very thorough discussion of David. She was terrific!!

Sara the guide was great friendly and super attentive, made an explanation of everything very personal and very interesting of what we saw really appropriate for the people we were that we were not great connoisseurs in the field, Sara is one of those people very knowledgeable about the art world that get to make interesting what she explains and what she shows, I would repeat with her a hundred times thanks Sara
