HUMAN GALACTICA, TRANSFORMERS, PUSS IN BOOTS ADVENTURE, JURASSIC WORLD Very nice experience we had. We will come back fof sure some other time. 1 day is not enough to experience the greatness of the USS.

Mostly all is really great the only one I'm regret it's the hygiene of the siting chair . Mostly got very bad smell specially after Indian tourists use it . So pls tel them to more aware on the hygiene we paid expensive ticket but after play feeling like vomit

The unlimited express ticket was the best choice since we only had one day there and not queueing up was very satisfying .

We found the whole experience very good. From the viewing of the many deals, to the directions on how to get to the attractions and the paperless transactions/tickets.

We really enjoyed all of the attractions with special mention of the waterworld live action show and Transformers ride. Headout made it very convenient to book the tickets to USS. However, remember to collect the actual ticket from the USS ticket counter at the left side of the entrance by showing the Headout barcode.

How to redeem ticket was not clear. I went to turnstile directly and then they said I need to visit guest service counter to collect tickets by showing headout qr codes.

I went as a solotraveler and loved it. You can skip queue's with the single rider lines. You can also rent lockers 1 hour for free before an attraction.

Mixed reactions actually...good thing was the crowd...it was not too crowded making the waiting time for each ride not too long..apart from that all the rides were awesome as expected..eateries were plenty..what we didn't enjoy was the weather (it was out of anybody's control)..it was out of the ordinary hot...but most importantly my kids enjoyed their time there and that says it all...

The tickets were not 24 hours tickets as the session starts at 09:30 and finishes at 5:20. Could not do the red route due to the above. Also, Singapore is beautiful and public transport is cheap and very practical to use.

All activities in USS are very enjoyable and worthwhile.The experience can be pictorial and the staff who help take pictures are very frendly...

We bought the VIP ticket and was assign a very friendly guide. We manage to try most of the ride and was very satisfied with the arrangement.

I had no problems at the ticketing booth compared to when I transact with other booking sites. I love how your app allows me to view tickets offline.

We really enjoyed to Cylon for the rush and we enjoyed The Mummy as well Transformers for the ride+digital experience was amazing. Jarrasic park is also really cool

We arrived and we go directly to the entrance without spend time to make the tickets. Very useful and convininente to have them already avaialble.

Amazing rides and fatntastic shows. My 3 and 7 year old loved the shows a lot. there were rides for toddlers as well. They really took care of our safety on the rides. I liked that. food was amazing too but bit expensive.

We loved everything about our Singapore bus tour! Our guide was a lovely Malaysian man who has lived in Singapore for 29 years and he was so knowledgeable! I did not want this tour to end- it was worth the money and more! I could not recommend this tour and company enough!

Universal studios was great. Should be clearer that all rides are free once you're in. Found aquarium ok but wished had not booked for same day and would've spent more time at Universal.

I had booked with reading title "skip the line" but learnt that it's normal tickets. End up spending substantial time in que in major attractions.

Buying a mobile ticket was quick and simple. My favorite part was each of the themed areas. They were done very well. For me personally, I am a roller coaster enthusiast so that part was a little disappointing. Although, I believe the Cylon was the best thrill ride.

We brought 5 tickets, and one person not able to come due to some reason, but not refund is allowed, regardless where we from. Is really too bad.
