I was with my Bestie who hadn't been to the night zoo for 20 years. She certainly saw the difference and how much it had been improved. We all had a great time and learnt a few things along the way.

The night safari experience was stunning. Being able to see the animals in their natural environment throughout a very pleasant tram journey was out of this world. I also highly enjoyed the walking tour where you are able to spend as much time as you want in specific areas. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great attraction. Ticket purchase was a bit confusing. Downloading and using tickets was VERY confusing. I could easily not tell which downloads applied to each attraction. And having purchased two tickets at the same time made it worse. Fortunately the ticket-takers-at each attraction were familiar with the issue and were-able to resolve.

Ticketing experience -awesome and easy! Tram ride - calm and quite adventurous as the darkness adds some more feelings there. We had 1 hour to explore some trails after our tram ride, ahh, and that was like a cherry on the top of the cake :))

We didn't really rate the experience as it was kind of too dark to view the animals so we didn't get what the fascination was all about

Awesome ticketing experience.. got direct tickets for night Safari. For Singapore zoo, you need to book slot on mandai link provided in description after you book your tickets. Try getting a combo. Don't miss it.. great experience 5 stars!!

Ticketing experience was good. However, there was a question regarding the sllot timing that took too many email exchanges to resolve.

It was great to see the animals when more active. The only down side was that the male elephant was swaying, which seemed to indicate boredom.

When we were back from the Night Safari, it was hard to get a cab - we used Grab to call a cab, several times, no one would like to answer our call! We had to the shuttle bus to MRT, and waited for at least 30 minutes to get on the bus.

The Night Safari was an awesome experience. The Zoo is so well set out. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the night out, the tram ride and the show. We will highly recommend this to others.

It should be much clearer on the initial post booking contact that further download is needed. We arrived at venue only to find we had not down loaded the full access ticket this led to some embarrassing moments. We were very fortunate to have a very lovely person help us out down load tickets to her Malay phone and let us through.

Seeing animals up close and personal at the night safari. I was looking for the tapir and I looked down and it was right next to me. I could have touched it.

Great experience going to the Singapore night zoo. Easy to get to, there is an MRT station nearby and then they have a shuttle bus to take you from the MRT station to the zoo entrance. The animal show was worthwhile watching in the auditorium. (book your timeslot to see the show when you arrive there) It was very busy there the day we went. The tram ride was great to do at night when the animals are more active.

The night safari is a must see for animal lovers. There is an interactive show prior to the safari that is interesting as well. Ticket booking through Headout was easy except we had to call up our credit card company some VISA bank clearance with some vendors like headout. That was a little incovnience and timewaste but other than that everything worked out. Also one has to first pay get a voucher and then reserve a time slot. Luckily we got the time slot we wanted.

Unique experience seeing the animals active at night. The tickets through Headout were a little confusing as they provided QR codes that looked like tickets but you actually needed to take each code individually and register on a different site to get the tickets for a specific time slot. This process could be more streamlined.

I enjoyed my visit to the Night Safari at Singapore Zoo. The animals that I got to see where interesting and most of them were active at the time I was there. Getting to the park, via the train and bus was easy. The bus stops right at the park with plenty of signs to find the entrance. Once inside though, I felt a bit lost to start, as I entered as soon as the gates opened, but none of the activities were in for about another hour. I was not sure how long different parts would take, so was not sure what to do while I waited and when to book in for the show in the Ampitheatre. There were plenty of staff around though, and they were very helpful. I opted to book the first Ampitheatre show at 7:30pm, and would then walk around the park, before taking one of the last tram rides to see the rest before closing time. While waiting for the Ampitheatre to open, I browsed the gift shop and bought an ice-cream. I had already had dinner, so I did not buy any of the other meals that were available in the cafeteria zone. The show was interesting and not too long. I entered 30 minutes before it started though, but did get a good viewing spot. There are lots of paths to follow when walking around to see the animals. At one point I was not sure where to go as there were no signs at that junction, but someone came the other way so that helped. Many of the signs explaining what animal was in that section were positioned at the far end of the window or fence, so you have to walk to the end to find out what you are looking for and then walk back to find it. It had been raining earlier, and most of the windows were either wet or dirty in the animals side, so some of the animals were very hard to see through the spotty glass. Taking photos was a waste of time due to the low light and either glass or distance to the animal. I ended up taking little videos instead so the animal wasn't all blurry. I only caught one of the ranger talks. The ranger was friendly and tried to explain to some other guests a bit about the wallabies. The tram ride was good for the animals on the side I was sitting. I could not really see the ones on the other side as there were people in the seats beside and in front of mine. The audio was just loud enough to be heard most of the time. If I had of brought headphones I could have plugged them into the seat. That might have helped. Getting back to the bus stop was very easy. Even though it was very late when I left, I didn't have to wait long for the next bus, after just missing one.

Night safari by tram, river wonder and zoo are among the must activities to be done on visit to Singapore. We could enjoy all 3 activity in a day. And headout made it easier to book tickets well in advance and jump the ticketing queue.

This is an experience we'd never had before. We've been to lots of zoos and never saw so many animals on the night safari during the day. The night safari was very unique. We wish we had our grandchildren with us to experience it. This is a must experience.
