Gardens by the Bay Tickets: Cloud Forest + Flower Dome

The venue was amazing. Beautiful. Not too crowded. I asked questions of head start eg did I have an entry time as well as date. Pleased to have questions promptly and clearly answered. This is helpful when u have not been there before and booking from overseas. Thank you

The Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy were all amazing to experience. The ticketing experience was pretty seamless and easy.

First of all let me start by saying Singapore in general is a Gem of a country to visit, which makes it hard to say if this experience was our favourite, however it's definitely unmissable. Some of the most highly anticipated experiences in Singapore did not disappoint! The Floral Fantasy installation was beautiful and creative. My only feedback for this event would be to have the interactive app available for all mobile phone types. Currently only available for android. The Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were absolutely stunning, great atmosphere, and very informative. I would recommend viewing the Flower Dome before it gets too dark so you can truly appreciate the flora. All staff were kind, welcoming and helpful and the entire site including amenities were extremely clean which is a testament to the Singapore culture. The deals on Headout were great and the app was very easy to navigate. It was great having all our tickets in one place.

Just clean, organized, and gardens beautiful. Light show was great, especially 80s music!!You need to promote the Floral Fantasy and Dragon fly ride more were beautiful.

Loved the entire park. Nice experience and glad I had tickets in advance. The cue to purchase tickets at the park was very long.

Able to get a wheelchair easily for my parents. It made the visit memorable! There was a typo error in my email, as a result I did not receive any email which contained the ticket. Luckily the assistant at the counter helped to check and my ticket was emailed to me instantly. Thank you very much!

Ticketing was easy and simple. Made it a breeze at the Gardens to get in and to go between the different areas. Having the QR code and scanning of the tickets makes it all so much easier. Transport was easy to and from the gardens as well.

Cloud forest was a unique and unforgettable experience . Flower dome was so well maintained . We could not believe the care snd effort to create and maintain these gardens . The jewel of Singapore . Personally, I did not need to see floral fantasy, not to my interest or taste . Would have been very happy with the first two .

Our afternoon at Gardens by the Bay was spectacular. The venue is spotless, well organised with clear signage. We accessed by using the MRT which was easy and would recommend not missing the opportunity to visit this place while in Singapore.

Great experience with Headout. Digital QR code ticket is generated at time of purchase. Its easy to just get the ticket scanned and check in. No hassle. Appreciate efforts of headout to cover most of the places under same package.

Yes we enjoy the Sakura Blossoms exhibit in the Flower Dome and the mist in the waterfall at the Cloud Forest a lot. The flowers are very beautiful and it was great to be able to admire all the beautiful flowers and plants in aircondition comfort. However, we were upset that there are no clear directions to the Floral Fantasy and though we did asked for a shuttle bus; the reply was it is just a ten minute walk and no need to take the shuttle. To our disappointment, the route to Floral Fantasy was not clear and we got lost and ended up walking 35 minutes in the hot sun (36degree) before we found the place. We did try to check with a staff at the drop-off point but the staff was not able to help and gave us the wrong direction leading us to the flower dome instead of the floral fantasy! This last incident spolit the whole experience especially with our overseas guests who find our weather very humid. I think there is a need to ensure that all staff knows the various attractions the Gardens has to offer. Please train your staff adequately before starting them on the job.

The experience was great, the only thing I didn't liked was that I was not informed the exhibitions I bought tickets for were closed for the days I purchased my tickets, luckily I had 1 more days of my trip there and was able to attend, if not I would have asked for a refund

The flower dome was extremely beautiful, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Cloud Forest was also spectacular, although very busy.

It's an immediate receiving of the tickets. Hassle free in buying and using it. Most importantly, got the tickets at great deal with more discounts. Definitely wil recommend to my friends.

Getting tickets via online is a breeze, and the discount is a bonus. I personally prefer e-tickets, saves the earth from using a physical ticket. I visited 3 attractions, but I am only impressed with 2 ie, the flower dome and cloud forest. Floral fantasy is a complete waste of money and time. Furthermore getting from flower dome to floral fantasy takes at least 15 to 20 mins of walking and hot weather will melt you. Taking a buggy ride there will cost you S$3 two ways.

Gardens by the Bay were great, well worth visiting. Online tickets were an absolute phaff, much prefer a physical ticket.

Booking with Headout was a smart move. I which we'd done this for the cable car from Sentosa also. The Cloud Forrest and Flower Domes were spectacular.

The waterfall was too surreal and beatiful. i loved how there was a slow music that was playing which made it enchanting

A very 1st time with the sakura. Although it's a night visit, a memorable experience without the hassle to travel overseas 😊😊.

I have visited Gardens by the Bay for the Sakura Anime Garden 2024, but the experience at Cloud Forest and Flower Dome have well stuck with me, especially due to the excellent service of the staff present on the day itself. Kudos to the staff on ground for handling the large crowds on site, would love to visit again to check out more events within.
