Bird Paradise Tickets

The night safari is as poor as the stopped but as we where in the last carriage all we could see is trees and plants and the animals were only for 1st 2 carriage it seems

The night safari experience was stunning. Being able to see the animals in their natural environment throughout a very pleasant tram journey was out of this world. I also highly enjoyed the walking tour where you are able to spend as much time as you want in specific areas. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great attraction. Ticket purchase was a bit confusing. Downloading and using tickets was VERY confusing. I could easily not tell which downloads applied to each attraction. And having purchased two tickets at the same time made it worse. Fortunately the ticket-takers-at each attraction were familiar with the issue and were-able to resolve.

Ticketing experience -awesome and easy! Tram ride - calm and quite adventurous as the darkness adds some more feelings there. We had 1 hour to explore some trails after our tram ride, ahh, and that was like a cherry on the top of the cake :))

all the attractions were beautiful and well maintained. the facilities were excellent. it was easy to book tickets through Headout, but they ought to give the booking details like booking ID and reference code in for zoo timeslot booking email. We were unable to book the time slot initially,only after contacting headout in whatsApp we were able to do it after the booing details were shared in whatsapp. But the customer support in whatsapp is good.

With the discount, I was able to get better pricing compare to other platform. It was fast and easy to book online too.

What i like the most is how close we can get to the birds. I saw many in their own environment, but usually been able to only observe them with my binoculars. I have a request, where can i get the list of the birds of the park? Thanks Corinne Joseph

I was really happy to see a kiwi bird as they are so rare, the park had great food, friendly and helpful staff and the tram ride was a lot of fun. Even though the tram ride had a long line I appreciated that I was not crammed in the seats but had a free seat between myself and the couple next to me.

The night safari was interesting. Bird park walk through were engaging. Zoo was very confusing to navigate and most animals were not around.

Staff are fantastic and very helpfu. Every time that we ask for something we have a very good help. The experience that we have is something that never have before. It's Amazing. We love it. Thank you.

I loved the Bird park itself the different aviaries I loved the food I loved the architecture of having the feeding trays out of arm's reach but the birds could be so close I liked the bird shows I didn't like the ticketing system The staff should know how to download the ticket I had problems downloading the tickets Fianally through safari It wasn't poss using google or chrome I didn't like the poor signage and the problem of it being so far from the carpark People get tired before they head in to the bird park entrance

Wow, after Jurong Bird Park, I was concerned Bird Paradise would not be as good. I was so delighted with what I saw. Not so many bird species now, but the ones they have are in paradise, free to fly and clown about. Easy to buy the tickets with headout.

Bird Paradise is a very beautiful and fun place. We enjoyed ourselves very much inspite of bad weather. What I also like is that there are aircon places to rest along the route. Booking was easy and fast.

The bird sang a Birthday song to me on 31/May noon show which was a great birthday experience I even had! The live show was very amazing and wonderful! Thank you!

I like the bird paradise. The combo package is very exhausted because we did it in one day.
