Big Bus: 24/48/120-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Dubai with Optional Dhow Creek Cruise

I always use the tourist buses in the countries I visit. It's an easy way to get to know the city. I can stop and get back on the bus whenever I want. Although the ticket was the most expensive I've ever paid, it was well worth it, as the cruise was included. I highly recommend it!

Mercir One regret: bus timetables are not always respected and, above all, stop locations are not marked. It's a real shame

Ideal way to tour the city of Dubai. The buses ran regularly, audio tour very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would use again.

Was for us a top offer with several extras! The only minus point was that the stops of Big Bus were quite poorly signposted.

The entire experience was awesome. However, in the future, let the guests know that they can join the big bus from the Dubai Mall. I saw E11/ Sheikh road as first point on the red line rout and I thought that was the taking off point. I took a taxi from close to Dubai mall to the E11 , only to be re- directed back to the Dubai Mall. That was quite an expensive mistake because everything in Dubsi is pricey. That cost me over 120 AED to and fro. Other that that, I'm glad I booked the Dubai and Abu Dhabi tours with you . Shalee and Hadiza and the drivers were great.

The pickup point from Mall of Emirates was not clear. We wasted nearly 30 mins trying to find the pickup spot as there was no indication in the app or even after calling the helpdesk. Got a headache walking in the sun and asking every person on where to get the bus.

Decided to get on a tour bus to see the city in evening. It was great. It lasted roughly 2 hours. Sat at front on top. Outside on top was windy and you could not really hear. But overall Great day. Had no issues with tickets etc Will definitely be using Headout again for future trips (used them 4 times during our staying Dubai).

The dhow cruise was fantastic with the view, the unlimited pizza, and drinks.

Getting a great overview of the city, but the advertised length of the ride was a bit off, it took longer than expected
