Palace of Versailles Guided Tour

Our guide Francesco was great . He explained dramatically about the Palace history.. The ladies at the group joining was also very supportive.

The guide ,Francesco was really good so kept the tour really enjoyable. A little longer duration would have been nice specially describing gardens etc .

Our guide was outstanding and knew a lot of extra things about the history of Versailles that he shared with us. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about his job.

We attended the Versailles tour on our last visit to Paris. Because it was winter we just toured the palace. It was easy to meet with our group. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodated the group well. Versailles was very crowded, just like any other historic site /museum.

We arrived 10 minutes late and unfortunately the group had already left but thanks to customer service they were able to get us to the guide on time...bravo bravo bravo! Kudos also to Francesco our competent and friendly Italian speaking guide!

The guided tour made entrance into Versailles easy. Loved our guide. Unfortunately, it was very crowded. Would have also liked to see a bit more for the price I paid for the guided tour, and not just the same as everyone else.

The guide Julie made the history "come alive." The chateau and the jardins are so massive and grandiose. I am glad I had the tour.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic unfortunately it was extremely busy and hot day so we had to leave the tour early.

I got lost from my group. All of the sudden I lost the signal from our guide, it was a lot of people and I couldn't see our guide anymore. It would be helpful if the guide would be carrying something with him, like a flag or anything that would stick out and above the crowd and would be easier for us short people to see and to follow him. But our guide was amazing, had a lot of information and he made the tour very interesting. I would highly recommend

Nice visit despite the crowds. The guide's explanation was very lively and pictorial, which is perfect for a visit with a young teenager.
