The tickets were great and it wasn't a hassle to pick them up. They were waiting there for us, all we had to do was give my name and they were perfect. I was worried with a service like this it might be a little bit of a process or there would be a catch, but it was easy and perfect, and best of all, the seats were so so great. Thank you!
