Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets with Optional Audioguide

The experience itself was beatiful, although in front of Mona Lisa there was a huge line but that's excpected so. Also the big painting of coronation was also in Versailles so I'm interested which one is the original?

The guide did not know where to take us at the end of the tour so that we could get admission into the Louvre. We ended joining a queue, leaving the queue, walking around and eventually rejoining the queue (which was now much longer)

Unfortunately it was school holidays and the amount of people there made it very unpleasant. The line up to get in was so long even with pre purchased tickets.

Great guide. But unfrtunately that part that you should meet the guide and grab your tickets - completely in another place, not jext to the tower - its been confusing

I was looking forward to visit the Louvre Museum, eeger to see not only the lovely Gioconda, but also the amazing sculptures and paintings that are famous all around the wolrd. Happy for accomplishing my dream!

Museum itself was great but I paid for audio guide and couldn't use it. Contacted team on day via chat, spoke to someone online was told hear back 90 mins with a resolution now nearly 24 hours laters heard nothing back So had the tour but no audio guide, when I called no one would answer either sat in a Que after 5-7 mins each time call would be ended

Standard tickets. There was no preferential access. But no problem with the online reservation with Headout. Enter/reserve no later than 13:00 hrs if you want to explore the exhibits calmly (at least the most important ones). The nintendo type audioguides are a bit confusing at the beginning. I think the best use of the headphones is to isolate the surrounding noise and if you find out how to use them, the explanation of each room and its works. We left at 6 o'clock not because we wanted to but because of the closing, our access was after 4pm. We will come back on our next visit to Paris...

It's very practical to reserve tickets at a specific time. It avoids long lines! No problem with the reservation.

The palace gardens are incredible! The paintings, sculptures, everything is so beautiful, the audio guide app needs to be installed, it makes all the difference! Downsides: few bathrooms and not enough space to move around in the palace rooms.

Your assistance with the date change caused by covid was excellent. Purchasing tickets through your facility saved us from long lines. We will definitely reuse and recommend your services.

I purchased two tickets for the Skip the Line entrance to the Louvre accompanied by my over-90-year-old mother with walking difficulties. Unfortunately, despite the Skip the Line ticket, we had to wait a long time in the ticket holders' queue. I understand the difficulty of managing the entrance to the museum that is always crowded and divided into five queues (1 without a ticket and 4 with a ticket staggered by time), but another access reserved exclusively for Skip the Line ticket holders could have been useful. In any case, admission to the Louvre is a great organizational effort. Chapeau!

The guide assigned to us on the open air tour, the strong air and the cold weather spoiled it a bit but the guide was the best, thank you.

Booking the tickets was very straightforward. We were able to avoid the long queues without any problems and enjoy our visit to the Louvre.

The guide got us directly to the Mona Lisa. However I did not realize audio was included. But my expectation was only to get into the museum and experience it. I got exactly what I paid for. The coat room was a bonus.

It was good experience walking the garden. Well maintained. Little confusing at the garden entrance and leaving. There was no clear direction provided.

Our gide,Zach, from Tour Eiffel was vere good,he let US know a lot of Thinks.i liked we didn' t expect much în line to vizite Toue Effel,Louvru, Versailles.

We were disappointed because we had no idea how to access the audio guide, they denied my daughter entry saying we only had one ticket, and we waited in like just as long as the others so I'm not sure why I paid extra to "skip the line"

2hrs isn't enough time! Hopefully next time we visit we get more time!!! And passports or identifications aren't required for both the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre - they didn't even ask for it, so might as well have people not bring it as it is very risky to bring passports with you especially when touring Paris city.
