Roman Catacombs, Capuchin Crypts, & Basilica of San Nicola Guided Tour

Everything was really top-notch, but the only downside was that the place where we left and where we were dropped off at the end of the tour was on the opposite side of town, and we weren't warned, so it was rush hour and a real pain to get out of the city at that time of day.

Our guide & the experience itself. Our guide Alan, was very knowledgable, personable and quite witty. He kept what was a quite strange, & unusual experience quite light and easy going.

The best part of this tour was the catacombs with a lovely knowledgable guide. We were disappointed to be put on a full coach with another group rather than move as a smaller group between venues which meant some waiting around and where was the concert /music that was mentioned in the write up??

It was great!! We got the great guide and great experiences. The guide told us a lot of stories and each site's histories. It was owesome and difficult to get the information from history books. We'd like to visit Rome again in the future. Best regards, Mie
